In 2019, we decided to try a plant-based diet as a way to help the environment. After a month of having fun with new ways of cooking plants, we started feeling better physically. We decided that we could eat plant-based as a lifestyle choice IF we could figure out better cheese than what we were able to buy in the grocery store. We started experimenting at home, and as our cheeses got better, started sharing them with friends. Those friends shared them with others, and before long we had strangers asking if they could place an order.
