Tasting notes First encounter notes of red berries followed by fresh slightly acidic notes, a generous complex taste, finishing with a delicious chocolatey flavour and an excellent melt. The bar is rich, for the dark chocolate lovers. The Great Taste Awards judges said: We love the deep rich cocoa aroma, this is a very clean 71% dark chocolate with a long length of cocoa and slight fruitiness of red & black berries, it has character. A rich, fruity chocolate with a good level of sweetness and some pleasant bitter notes. It is smooth and well tempered and has a wide spectrum of flavours that develop on the palate.
