Also a great melt and the added pleasure of enjoying an organic chocolate bar that contains milk but with a higher than average amount of cacao (55%) and less sugar compared to most other chocolate bars with milk. This is a must try! The Great Taste Awards judges said: There are some excellent floral notes to the chocolate and the nibs are delightfully crunchy. As you bite, there was such a lovely crunch on the nibs and a full rich, creamy flavour. Origin We work with cooperatives certified by Fairtrade including: Acopagro, El Quinacho, Cacvra and Oro Verde in Peru, Fundopo in The Dominican Republic, Cocabo in Panama and Cooperative Premium Cacao Sambirano CPCS in Madagascar for our cacao. Our cacao is bought directly from the Fairtrade certified cooperatives. The cacao in this bar comes from Peru and The Dominican Republic.
