Vighnaharta

‘Vighnaharta’ The Guarding Ganesha: To address the growing rodent problem faced by farmers in a peaceful and organic way, we at My Organic Earth, a young Indian organic food brand, launched an initiative called ‘Vighnaharta’ in February 2026 for our community of over 200 organic farmers in Hadoli village, Latur, Maharashtra. These small-scale idols were crafted using clay, mud, and sawdust, and infused with powerful natural ingredients such as chilli, clove, pepper, neem, citronella, eucalyptus oil, and extracts of onion, garlic, and ginger, along with a proprietary blend of herbs. The idols were hand delivered free of cost to our farming community, offering an eco-friendly, non-toxic solution to repel rodents while staying true to the principles of organic farming.
