Those Vegan Cowboys products

Those Vegan Cowboys produce casein with enhanced functionality compared to its animal counterpart, requiring less to achieve the same great taste and texture. The possibilities with our casein are endless, allowing us to tailor proteins. Our casein enables cheese to become five times more sustainable in terms of CO2 emissions, methane output, and water usage. It serves as the foundation not only for cheese but also for chocolate, pharmaceuticals, and bakery products.
