Candle Care & Burning Tips: For the best burn, trim the wick to about ¼ inch before each use and allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn. Keep the candle free of wick trimmings and debris, and discontinue use when about ½ inch of wax remains. Once your candle reaches its final flame, there can be remaining wax left in your jar by design as we use wick stoppers in every candle, which prevent the glass from overheating. A Note About Coconut Wax: Natural coconut wax candles may burn differently than traditional paraffin candles. Because coconut wax is softer and more natural, you may not Sold on Vegan America (https://vegan-america.com/products/kaia-candle-glass).
