Custom Flat OPP Bags

Custom flat OPP bags are open-top, two-dimensional bags with no side or bottom gusset. Their slim format suits cookies, candy, cards, apparel, accessories and small gifts, while the clear, crisp film keeps products visible for retail display. EKA manufactures clear and custom printed flat OPP bags in BOPP/OPP, OPP+CPP, PP and Iridescent Film+CPP. Bag dimensions, film thickness, print coverage and closure format can be customized to match the product and packing process. Custom sizes range from 2.5 × 2.5 cm to 120 × 120 cm, with thicknesses from 25 to 80 microns in 5-micron increments. The open top can be heat sealed or closed with ribbon or a twist tie. Typical production lead time is 7–15 business days after the specifications and artwork are approved. Flat OPP bags are also commonly marketed as flat cellophane bags or flat cello bags. OPP/BOPP is a polypropylene film rather than true cellulose-based cellophane. Sold on EKA Packaging (https://ekapackaging.com/products/flat-opp-bag-custom).
