Automatic Dual Servo Food Powder Filling Machine for Protein Powder & Spice Powder

Machine Overview The Automatic Food Powder Filling Machine runs a dual servo auger dosing system with independent load-cell weighing feedback — the combination that separates auger filling that holds weight across a run from auger filling that drifts. The auger controls feed rate through rotation. The load cell measures actual fill weight in real time and signals corrections before the next cycle rather than after a deviation has already compounded across several containers. The integrated dust collection system captures airborne particles at the fill point — before they reach the container seal area or the surrounding production environment. Container format covers the main rigid packaging types: plastic jars, PET bottles, composite cans, metal tins, glass containers. Product range covers most food powders — protein, milk powder, coffee, flour, cocoa, spices, seasoning blends, collagen, nutritional supplements. Free-flowing and non-free-flowing both run, though non-free-flowing products place more demand on the auger mechanism to maintain consistent feed rate. Recipe storage handles the changeover question. Parameters for each product save to the PLC and recall at the touchscreen — no repeated calibration between SKUs, no manual re-entry of fill weight targets at each format change. Dual servo motors drive the system; speed and stroke adjust independently, which is where the accuracy advantage over single-motor systems actually comes from.
