Aimex Water® Fluoride Reduction Filter 6 pieces

Aimex 8-Stage Fluoride Reduction Replacement Filter Cartridge Upgrade your daily hydration with the Aimex 8-Stage Fluoride Reduction Replacement Cartridge . Designed for gravity-fed benchtop purifiers, this multi-layered cartridge systematically targets municipal tap water contaminants—reducing fluoride, chlorine, heavy metals, and sediment while reintroducing essential trace minerals for optimal taste. The Power of Stage 5 Activated Alumina (How Fluoride Reduction Works) Many customers ask how fluoride is reduced in a gravity-fed water system. This cartridge features a dedicated Stage 5 Activated Alumina (AA) layer—a highly porous, food-grade mineral matrix specifically processed for water treatment. Selective Adsorption: As water flows through Stage 5, the activated alumina acts like a magnet, drawing in and trapping fluoride ions through a physical process called adsorption . Targeted Reduction: Unlike standard carbon filters that pass fluoride straight through, activated alumina selectively targets fluoride molecules while letting water pass cleanly through the cartridge bed. Completely Safe & Stable: The media does not dissolve into your drinking water; it permanently holds onto the trapped fluoride until the cartridge reaches the end of its filter lifespan. Exact 8-Stage Layer Breakdown Stage 1: Primary Filter Felt Pad Sits at the top of the cartridge to capture coarse rust, silt, sand, and physical sediment before water enters the primary media.
