Phoenix Rising - Premium Gyokuro Green Tea

Sunshine & clouds in every sip. This is what you'd get in a chilly Kyoto tea house to breath and pause. How it tastes: Full-bodied with remarkable depth. Clean, energising green tea at its absolute finest. The balanced umami dances with light sweetness while thoughtful savoury notes ground each sip. I don't much care for cliches but this is truly liquid meditation in tea form. Just close your eyes and you're there - in a traditional tea house where the master pours precious cups of peace and silence. I've found that each steeping of Phoenix Risong invokes deep appreciation for the art of tea. This isn't just drinking; it's experiencing centuries of Japanese tea culture. Best ways to enjoy: Brew at 75°C for 2 minutes. Use less water, more leaves. Savour the quiet moments when you need clarity and calm. Re-steep 2-3 times to reveal new layers. Shizuka (静か) refers to "quiet" or "calm" - this is a tea that brings inner peace. Sold on Premium Ceremonial Matcha (https://greencaffeine.co/products/shizuka-premium-gyokuro).
