Mediterranean Salad Set with Aylam Cold Pressed Olive Oil

The Aylam Turkish Pantry Set — Olive Oil, Pomegranate Molasses & White Grape Vinegar This set brings together three staples of the Turkish kitchen, each made the way Aylam believes food should be made: slowly, honestly, and without additives. Our own cold-pressed early harvest olive oil comes from the family groves of Muğla, while the pomegranate molasses and naturally fermented white grape vinegar come from Havrano, a family producer in the fertile Havran district of Balıkesir that shares our philosophy — 100% fruit, zero additives, and traditional methods over shortcuts. Together they cover everything from dressing a salad to finishing a roast, and they’re the perfect introduction to the flavors Aylam grew up with. Extra Virgin Olive Oil — Early Harvest, Cold Pressed (750 ml) Grown in the village of Çamoluk in Muğla (ancient Caria), our Gemlik olives ripen on a plateau surrounded by pine forests, nourished only by natural fertilizer — never chemical pesticides. Hand-harvested and pressed within a single day at just 17 °C, this early harvest oil keeps everything the olive has to give: an exceptionally low acidity of 0.3% and a polyphenol content of at least 450 mg/kg. Expect a fruity character with aromatic notes of apple, tomato, and lemon, finishing with the gentle peppery bite that signals truly antioxidant-rich olive oil. Havrano Pomegranate Molasses — Nar Ekşisi (212 ml) Made in Havran, Balıkesir from 100% pomegranate and nothing else, this nar ekşisi is slowly reduced Sold on Natural Oils, Herbal Supplements & Cosmetics (https://aylam.eu/products/mediterranean-salad-set).
