Rose Pomegranate Vinegar

Naturally Fermented Rose Pomegranate Vinegar (500 ml) Mecitefendi Rose Pomegranate Vinegar (Güllü Nar Sirkesi) is made from 100% real pomegranate and rose petals, slowly fermented the traditional way for around 1.5 years — no additives, preservatives or chemicals. The result is a fragrant, jewel-tart vinegar where floral rose meets the deep sharpness of pomegranate. Because it's unfiltered and unpasteurised, a living "mother" may form after opening and a little natural sediment can settle at the bottom — both are signs of a living vinegar, not spoilage. Shake gently before use; store cool, out of direct sunlight. It's a showpiece finish: drizzle over salads with walnuts and feta, glaze roast lamb or aubergine, or shake into a striking rose-pink vinaigrette. Produced by Mecitefendi in İzmir, Türkiye — a herbal-food maker since the early 1990s — in an ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 (HACCP) certified facility, in line with the Turkish Food Codex.
