Italian Salad Set with Aylam Cold Pressed Olive Oil

The Italian Salad Set — Extra Virgin Olive Oil + Balsamic Red Grape Vinegar Some pairings are timeless, and olive oil with balsamic vinegar is the definition of one. This Italian Salad Set unites Aylam's cold-pressed early harvest olive oil from our family groves in Muğla with Havrano's balsamic red grape vinegar, crafted by a family producer in the fertile Havran district of Balıkesir. It's the Mediterranean's favorite duo, made the way both our families insist on: 100% natural, zero additives, and full of character. Whether drizzled over a caprese, whisked into a vinaigrette, or simply served with warm bread for dipping, this set turns the simplest salad into something you'd expect from a trattoria. Extra Virgin Olive Oil — Early Harvest, Cold Pressed (750 ml) Grown in the village of Çamoluk in Muğla (ancient Caria), our Gemlik olives ripen on a plateau surrounded by pine forests, nourished only by natural fertilizer — never chemical pesticides. Hand-harvested and pressed within a single day at just 17 °C, this early harvest oil keeps everything the olive has to give: an exceptionally low acidity of 0.3% and a polyphenol content of at least 450 mg/kg. Expect a fruity character with aromatic notes of apple, tomato, and lemon, finishing with the gentle peppery bite that signals truly antioxidant-rich olive oil — exactly what a good salad deserves. Havrano Balsamic Red Grape Vinegar (212 ml) Made in Havran, Balıkesir, this vinegar marries the fresh, fruity sweetness of red gra Sold on Natural Oils, Herbal Supplements & Cosmetics (https://aylam.eu/products/italian-salad-set-with-aylam-cold-pressed-olive-oil).
