Custom OPP Header Bags

Custom OPP header bags combine a clear or printed bag body with a dedicated header area for hanging retail display. The header can be made from printed film, transparent film or cardboard and finished with a round hole, Euro slot or another custom die-cut shape. Depending on the selected construction, products can be loaded from the top or bottom. The opening can then be closed with a self-adhesive strip, compatible heat seal, staples or another fastening method confirmed for the packing process. Available materials include BOPP, OPP, OPP+CPP and PP. Custom sizes are produced around the filled product, header dimensions and retail fixture, with thicknesses from 25 to 80 microns in 5-micron increments. These OPP bags with headers are often marketed as cello or cellophane header bags, although OPP is polypropylene rather than true cellulose-based cellophane.
