Custom OPP Gusset Bags

Custom OPP gusset bags use expandable folds along the sides or bottom to create more filling space than a standard flat bag. They are suitable for bread, bakery products, candy, gifts, flowers and other items that need additional depth while remaining clearly visible. EKA supplies side-gusset and bottom-gusset formats in BOPP/OPP, OPP+CPP and PP. Film thickness ranges from 25 to 80 microns in 5-micron increments, while dimensions and gusset depth are customized around the packed product and filling process. The appropriate gusset position depends on the product shape, loading direction, closure and required display format. A gusset adds usable capacity, but it does not automatically create a stable self-standing base. OPP gusset bags are also commonly marketed as gusseted cellophane bags or gusseted cello bags. Standard OPP/BOPP film is polypropylene rather than true plant-fiber cellophane, which can be quoted separately on request.
