Automatic Servo Rotor Pump Paste Sachet Filling Sealing Packaging Machine for Ketchup & Mayonnaise

Product Description The Servo rotor pump sauce sachet packing machine forms bags, fills, seals, and cuts viscous food products into stick packs and sachets in one continuous sequence. Ketchup, mayonnaise, chili sauce, jam, honey, salad dressing, chocolate sauce — products that contain pulp, fine particles, or vary significantly in viscosity across the range. A servo-driven rotor lobe pump drives the fill. Rotor lobe pumps move product through low-shear rotation rather than high-pressure displacement — which is the relevant distinction for products containing pulp or particles, where a piston or gear pump at filling pressure would break down texture or fragment particles before they reach the sachet. Servo actuation controls rotor speed precisely rather than running at a fixed rate, which keeps fill volume consistent when product viscosity shifts between batches. A servo film feeding system controls pouch length. One-touch adjustment changes bag length at the panel rather than through mechanical recalibration at the film feed — relevant when switching between a small condiment sachet and a larger sauce portion on the same line. For temperature-sensitive products — honey, chocolate sauce, thick jams — an optional heated mixing hopper maintains product temperature and viscosity between refills. Ambient cooling between batches changes how the product flows through the pump; the hopper addresses that before the variation reaches the filling stage.
