Automatic Premade Pouch Paste Packaging Machine for Sauce & Food Sauce

Machine Overview The automatic premade pouch filling machine packages viscous food products — tomato sauce, ketchup, chili sauce, honey, jam, peanut butter, mayonnaise, chocolate sauce, salad dressing, fruit puree — through automatic pouch feeding, piston pump filling, and heat sealing in one continuous sequence. A piston pump drives the fill. For thick pastes and high-viscosity sauces, piston displacement pushes a defined volume through per stroke regardless of how the product resists flow — which is what keeps fill weight consistent across products that change viscosity with temperature or batch variation. The mechanism doesn't agitate the product under pressure the way a gear pump would, which matters specifically for texture-sensitive fillings like peanut butter or fruit puree where overworking the material changes what ends up in the pouch. Pouch compatibility covers stand-up pouches, three-side seal bags, irregular pouches, and self-adhesive bags. Format flexibility at this range means one machine covers the pouch styles a growing food brand typically needs without separate equipment per format. Product-contact parts are 316 stainless steel — the grade that holds up against the acids, sugars, and cleaning agents that sauce and condiment production involves across repeated cycles. Smooth surfaces resist residue buildup from thick, sticky products between cleaning runs. Filling volume, sealing temperature, and production parameters adjust at the touchscreen without stoppi Sold on FEIZHAN (https://feizhantech.com/products/automatic-premade-pouch-paste-packaging-machine-for-food-sauce).
