Agatherí Groves Organic Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

Clinging to marble and limestone terraces 600 metres above the Aegean, our oldest olive trees endure biting winter winds that sculpt their fruit into something rare. Each spring, when the thaw finally softens the mountain air, we hand-pick olives so small and concentrated they yield only a trickle of oil—crystalline, feather-light, yet astonishingly complex. We call this liquid mountain mist  Agatherí Groves , and one silky pour whispers of alpine herbs and distant sea salt.
