Chiapas, located in southern Mexico, is the country's leading coffee-producing region, accounting for approximately 41% of Mexico's total Arabica coffee production. More than 180,000 families cultivate coffee across 88 municipalities, with approximately 61% of the region's coffee producers belonging to Indigenous communities. The region's combination of high elevations, fertile volcanic soils, and diverse microclimates creates ideal conditions for producing high-quality Arabica coffees. The concept of a “Supreme Being” in the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) is intentionally broad, allowing individuals to interpret it according to their own beliefs. This flexibility is crucial for inclusivity, as it accommodates various spiritual perspectives without tying the program to a specific religion. Coffee is roasted fresh to order.
