Rooster Strut

This coffee from Comayagua ( the old capital) of Honduras has notes of scrumptious hot (milk) chocolate with almonds and a maple syrup sweetness to end the sip. Finca Santa Lucia was owned and operated by Raul. Raul is the grandfather to De La Finca’s founder, Nelson . He’s a third generation coffee producer who was raised on Finca Santa Lucia and inherited it from his father, Don Ermenegildo Rodriguez. Now that’s the legacy of a farmer who produces a gold standard! This coffee makes a delicious espresso or a simple drip coffee and also a nice Cold Brew. *Resting period on this coffee really lets those chocolate notes shine if you let it rest a minimum of 7 days after roast. Sold on Plaid Rooster Coffee Roaster,LLC (https://plaidroostercoffee.com/shop/honduras). The price shown is the retail price on that storefront on 2026-10-25, not a GreenB2B quote or a wholesale price.
