Pork Maple Ham Deli Ends

OUR PORK MAPLE HAM ENDS CAN TASTE MUCH MORE SWEET DUE TO MORE EXPOSURE TO THE BRINE. When our bacon, hams and deli meats are sliced we are often left with pieces that are not the perfect slices. We put these in a package and call them deli ends. The same great flavour, just not the perfect slices you normally get in a package.  Since they are not as pretty, we sell them online at a greater discount. Approx. 7-9 packages Individual packages of this product are also available for purchase at our own locations in Edmonton and Calgary. In the spring, summer and fall our certified organic and certified humane pigs are raised on pasture. They’re free to eat the grass and be in the fresh air and sunshine. The pigs are moved regularly onto fresh pasture and are provided with free choice certified organic grains. In the winter the pigs are given lots of straw to nest in and play with in their outdoor shelters. Our pigs are never in farrowing crates and are free to express their natural behaviours. They are never given antibiotics, hormones, ractopamine, gmo’s or animal byproducts.
