Pasture raised Free Range Tamworth pork sausages (quick frozen, un-aged)

We hand make our sausages from our own delicious Tamworth free range pork, and case them in natural sheep casings. A classic versatile pork sausage, excellent for breakfast with bacon and egg, and equally delicious with mash and onion gravy. Gluten free sausages are made with a gluten free rusk made from rice flour and maize flour instead of a wheat rusk. These sausages are made with un-aged free range pork, which is butchered, minced and frozen within 3 days of slaughter.
