ORGANIC VANILLA COCONUT SUGAR

Organic Vanilla Coconut Sugar is the decadent upgrade your oatmeal, coffee, tea, smoothies and mo/cocktails have been waiting for! Vanilla, a wild and indigenous crop in Indonesia, has been blended into coconut sugar for centuries. We thought it was high time Americans experienced its remarkable warm, subtle-sweet depth - the kind Southeast Asian recipes have long relied on as a secret ingredient to elevate cooking, baking and drinks. Grown and harvested organically, this dynamite pairing delights the palate with minimal disturbance to the planet. This sugar   melts in your mouth, leaving a delicate vanilla essence layered with the buttery sweetness of coconut flower nectar. Like our ROC Brown Coconut Sugar, it begins with nectar hand-harvested from coconut blossoms, reduced over an open flame into caramel, then cooled and hand-granulated into soluble, unrefined sugar crystals. We then infuse the organic coconut sugar with organic vanilla extract, adding warmth, complexity, and a flavor that makes everything taste extraordinary!
