NIGELLA SAL NOIR | Black Lime + Nigella + Icelandic Flake

Nigella Sal Noir is a gourmet botanical salt built on Icelandic flaky sea salt, folded with ground black lime and whole nigella seeds. The Icelandic flakes give a clean mineral crunch and pristine flavor. Black lime, also known as loomi or Persian dried limes, brings a savory tart citrus note prized in Persian cooking. Nigella sativa adds a mild, nutty onion character with gentle bitterness. Designed as a finishing salt: sprinkle over roasted vegetables, grilled fish or chicken, salads and rice, or use on a cocktail rim. Add at plating to preserve citrus aroma and flake texture. The salt format disperses evenly. Sold on La Botanique Sacree (https://labotaniquesacree.com/products/black-lime-salt-nigella).
