Onion : Offers a sweet, savoury depth to the sauce. Leek : Contributes a mild, slightly sweet flavour, enhancing the overall taste. Salt : Used to season and balance the flavours. Cane Sugar : Adds a touch of sweetness to balance the acidity of the tomatoes. Garlic : Provides a subtle, aromatic depth. Citric Acid (Acidity Regulator) : Helps maintain the sauce's freshness and natural acidity.
