This kit includes: Pieces of fabric of various weights and sizes and colors Lengths of yarns for darning and decorative mending A bobbin of grey cotton thread A mini embroidery hoop Tiny scissors A handmade needle book with all the essentials Darning & Patching Zine by Deanna Lynch A “Darn it!” sticker I even made the unlined canvas zipper pouch to hold everything for you - It has a squared off bottom so it stands nicely on a table and is about 10” X 8” Some notes about mending: What I hear the most in my mending classes is “I tried to fix it but it's not a proper mend”. To that I say: who says there's a right or wrong way to mend? If you fixed it, you did it! There are techniques that a person can learn but experience is the best teacher. A good place to start is right where you are. Mending is empowering #mendingmatters Sold on Deanna Lynch (https://dltextiles.com/shop/p/mending-kit-no-2).
