MINERAL PERSIL | Icelandic Sea Salt + Parsley + Lemon Zest

Icelandic sea salt forms the mineral base. Produced with geothermal energy in the Westfjords, the light, brittle flakes deliver a clean salinity and a crisp finish at the table. Built for use as a finishing salt. Parsley supplies fresh green lift with a mild peppery edge. Dried lemon zest powder brings bright citrus aroma in a concentrated, shelf-stable form. The profile is clean, herbaceous, and zesty. Think of the classic parsley-and-lemon gremolata lineage, translated into a modern salt. Serving ideas: grilled white fish, roast chicken, new potatoes, asparagus, salads, and compound butter for bread or vegetables. Sprinkle at the table for texture and citrus-herb clarity.
