LIVEON Sound - Sunday November 8th, 3:30pm

Join us for a 75 minute journey starting off with tasting our heart opening, award winning stone ground chocolate followed by sinking into the parasympathetic nervous system through a symphonic sound scape using multiple different instruments and frequencies.  We will move through different brainwave states to activate and experience different feelings within the body.  All you need is to bring yourself, a mat, blanket, pillow and eye mask are provided for you to then lay back and receive the goodness. IN PERSON EVENT.  Maximum 10 people.  Location is in Scarborough, Eglinton Ave. East and McCowan Ave. Exact address will be emailed to you after purchase. NO REFUNDS - if you can no longer attend after you have purchased, you can give your spot to somebody else. Please email me to make arrangements.
