These burgers are 100% wild venison.  They are grain free. They do not contain any rusk, herbs, spices, onions, salt or pepper. They are additive free, salt free, grain free, and gluten free. These burgers are made from 100% wild venison, and contain no other ingredients. These  b urgers are made from un-aged wild venison which has been butchered within 2 days of slaughter and quick frozen immediately to minimise the development of histamine. These burgers should be stored frozen, and cooked within 12 hours of thawing. As these burgers do not contain any rusk, they should be cooked in the oven.
