This Pink Bourbon varietal of Coffee is grown at elevations of 1800-1900 meters. It was processed as a semi-washed. Fermented 72 hrs anaerobic , meaning no air; then an additional 12 hrs regular fermentation. Finca La Vega belongs to the Taborda Rojas family. It is located in the village of San José outside the municipality of Amagá in Southwestern Antioquia Colombia. The farm has an extension of about 3 hectares of which 25% are planted in forest and the rest contains the farm house and the coffee plantation of 13.000 coffee trees. We found that a light roast really highlighted the floral chamomile notes with a honey sweetness and juicy mouthfeel to the cup. This is your pourover dream coffee.
