Indian Gooseberry Amla Jam

Amla, also known as Indian gooseberry, has long been revered in Ayurveda for its many health benefits. TBOF’s Amla Murabba brings together the goodness of this superfood with the sweetness of Jaggery and Khandsari to create a delectable preserve that is both tasty and healthy. We have carefully selected only the freshest organic amlas for our murabba, ensuring that you get the maximum amount of nutrients in every bite. Amla is rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, and other beneficial compounds that help boost your immune system, fight inflammation, and promote overall well-being. To enhance the flavor of our murabba, also known as ‘Morawla’, we have added a touch of green cardamom and black pepper. These spices not only add a pleasant aroma but also help improve digestion and metabolism. How Amla Murubba is Made? We handpick the freshly harvested Organic Amla, wash it, steam it until soft, and then cook it in a 75% jaggery-25% khandsari blend. This ensures that you get all the goodness of amla without any artificial flavors or preservatives. Whether you eat it on its own or pair it with your favorite snack, TBOF Amla Murabba is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth while providing you with the goodness of amla.
