HydroMend (Wound Care for Seniors)

Gentle hydrogel care for thin, fragile and aging skin — vegan, no sting, pharmacist-formulated HydroMend soothes on contact and dries into a thin, breathable film that helps delicate skin hold on to its own moisture and shields it from further friction. Doctor and nurse recommended, and made with clinically proven hydrogel technology. Formulated for seniors, and for anyone whose skin has grown thin, dry or easily irritated with age or medication. The hydrogel settles into micro-cracks and leaves a clear, cushioning layer, while just a minuscule amount of peppermint oil cools and calms. Made for: thin, fragile skin · skin tears and friction · dry, papery forearms, hands and shins · soothing minor cuts and scrapes · the daily comfort routine around the care plan your clinician has set. Five clean ingredients. Vegan and water-based. Made in an FDA-registered facility in the USA. Formulated by pharmacist Dr. Frank J. Nice, RPh, DPA, CPHP. For external use on intact skin. Do not use if allergic to any ingredient. For an open wound, an ulcer, an infection, or a condition that isn't improving, see your healthcare provider.
