Herbal Colon Cleanse UK – Beet It Colonix 9 Botanicals 100 Caps

A herbal colonics complex based on a formula by American master herbalist Dr John R. Christopher — nine traditional botanicals alongside sugar beet fibre , the one ingredient here carrying EU-authorised claims. Long popular with colonic hydrotherapists for use before, during and after treatments. Sugar Beet Fibre Carries Two Authorised Claims Most colon formulas rely entirely on traditional herbal use. Beet It Colonix includes 50mg of sugar beet fibre per capsule , a source of both soluble and insoluble dietary fibre, which contributes to an increase in faecal bulk and to normal bowel function . It works two ways: the insoluble components absorb water in the large intestine, while the soluble components are fermented by gut bacteria, increasing bacterial mass. Total dietary fibre is 170mg per capsule — 23% of the reference intake. The nine botanicals around it are traditional bitters, carminatives and cleansing herbs from Western herbal practice. Traditional use is not the same category of evidence as an authorised claim, and we'd rather say so.
