Grass Fed Beef Short Rib (quick frozen, un-aged)

Beef Short Rib is a great value cut of beef that looks appealing and tastes delicious. The meat is deeply flavoured and has a texture that contrasts deliciously with the layer of fat as it melts. This is a fatty cut which is ideal if you are following the Keto diet. Short rib is full of marrow and collagen. When it is braised gently it creates a simple, natural sauce. This beef has been butchered and frozen within 3 days of slaughter to minimise histamine development. Sold on Grass fed, unaged Meat for low histamine diets (https://pheasantshillfarm.com/products/grass-fed-beef-short-rib).
