Festive Spirit

Our Christmas blend this year hails from tw o formidable female-focussed coffee cooperatives from different sides of the world: Donas do Café project in Brazil and Rebuild Women’s Hope in  Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). A bright and syrupy blend with moderate body. Expect a fresh candied citrus start, a juicy pear middle, and a sweet finish reminiscent of dates. Blend: Brazil/ DRC Species: 100% Arabica Process: Natural This means the whole coffee cherry is dried in the sun once picked, allowing the natural sugars to infuse the beans, resulting in a beautifully sweet, fruity and full-bodied brew for you. Sold on Mozzo Coffee (https://mozzocoffee.com/products/festive-spirit-christmas-blend-coffee).
