ecoLiving Compostable Sponge

An Everyday Essential That's Anything  But Ordinary Are you looking for a washing-up sponge that does the job without all the plastic? Well, here you go! This ecoLiving Compostable Sponge is the perfect alternative to synthetic sponges. It's made entirely from renewable materials - ethically sourced wood pulp and cotton - and it's completely compostable when you've finished with it. This sponge is a practical and sustainable swap that fits right into your everyday routines. It works like a regular sponge soaking up spills, lathering up dish soap, and tackling the washing-up bowl - but this one doesn't shed microplastics or contribute to long-term waste. Whether you're wiping down the kitchen worktop, cleaning up after dinner, or soaking up a spilt cup of tea, this sponge makes everyday cleaning that bit more eco-friendly. Sustainable, Compostable, and Seriously Useful This sponge might be plastic-free, but it's no less effective. It can absorb up to ten times its own weight in water, making it ideal for everyday household tasks. It's soft enough to use on delicate surfaces and strong enough to give the pots and pans a proper scrub. Made in the UK from natural materials, it's a perfect fit for a zero waste home. Use it with a splash of our Ecover Washing-Up Liquid for an effective, plant-based clean that's gentle on skin and gentle on the planet. And for wiping down surfaces after the dishes are done, pair it with our EcoForce Multipurpose Cloths - made from recycled materials Sold on Chimney Sheep® draught excluders and other sustainable solutions (https://chimneysheep.co.uk/products/ecoliving-compostable-sponge).
