Dried Agaricus Mushrooms · Daily Wellness · 50g

The Dried Agaricus Mushroom is sometimes called Ji Song Rong, other times Agaricus blazei, and you may even hear people refer to it as the sun mushroom. Whatever the name, it has been part of cooking traditions for many years. In China and Japan it is quite common in soups or even brewed as a tea. Here in the UK, it is still something of a hidden gem, but one worth discovering if you enjoy experimenting in the kitchen. At Mycology Nutrition, we focus entirely on mushrooms. Just carefully chosen, properly dried functional mushrooms that we know are good quality. The Agaricus is no exception. It arrives sliced, dried without sulphur, and ready to use. Open the bag and the aroma hits straight away, earthy, rich, and a little nutty. The story behind Dried Agaricus Mushroom Agaricus mushroom supplements have a bit of a reputation in Asia. Families there have been adding it into broths and hotpots for generations. The drying process intensifies the flavour, so even a handful of slices can change the whole character of a dish. It is not a shy mushroom, it stands out, and that is exactly why people appreciate it. When sourcing our mushrooms, we go back to growers in regions where Agaricus has been part of the culture for a long time. They dry it in the traditional way, without sulphur treatments or chemical shortcuts, which means what you are getting is as close to the real thing as possible. Why choose Mycology's Agaricus? We deal only in mushrooms, it is what we specialise in. Grow Sold on Mycology Nutrition (https://mycologynutrition.com/products/dried-agaricus-mushroom-ji-song-rong-50g).
