Dr Rusnak Wellness Scar Repair Silicone Gel

Smooth, protect, and comfort. Scar Repair Silicone Gel is a professional-grade formula that hydrates and protects scarred skin while softening and improving its texture. Designed for both new and old scars, it forms a breathable, semi-occlusive barrier that helps skin retain moisture and visibly improves the appearance of raised, discolored, or textured scars. Developed by Dr. Cecilia Rusnak — a licensed acupuncture physician and paramedical aesthetician whose clinical work spans oncology, veteran care, and post-procedure recovery — this scar gel reflects the same standards she applies in her own practice. Silicone is one of the most widely used and extensively studied ingredients in scar care, valued for how it improves the look and feel of raised and discolored scars. Why you'll love it Softens and flattens the appearance of raised scars Improves the look of texture and discoloration Hydrates with a lightweight, invisible finish under makeup or sunscreen Forms a protective, breathable barrier for daily comfort Suitable for the appearance of surgical, acne, burn, and injury scars on the face or body How to use Begin once the wound is fully closed and any scabs have come off naturally (typically two to three weeks post-procedure — confirm with your surgeon) Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin twice daily Allow to dry for 60 seconds before layering other products or makeup Layer broad-spectrum SPF over scar gel during the day to protect the area from UV-related darkening Use Sold on Dr Rusnak Wellness (https://drrusnakwellness.com/products/dr-rusnak-wellness-scar-repair-silicone-gel).
