Cacao Starter Pack - Ceremonial Paste & Raw Powder

Ceremonial Grade Organic Criollo Cacao Peruvian Criollo Cacao (Theobroma cacao L, creole variety) A 200g pack of Cacao paste and Cacao powder for you to try both. Cacao Paste is used in the ceremonies and has the highest concentration of therapeutic properties for you to benefit from. Induces a chilled out slightly euphoric feeling. Cacao Powder is the extracted from the paste (butter and powder). Due to the absence of the saturated fat present in the butter it has a stimulant effect. Similar to coffee but different. We like to blend 30-40g per serving using both of these. Experiment to find your preferred ratio and energetic effect. Packaging is fully biodegradable Old Faithful Ceremonial Grade Cacao is cultivated by small farmer co-operatives. Minimum possible processing is used with this bean, applying low fermentation and low temperature without roasting, by means of unique methods to maintain its natural purity and quality. The Criollo variety is considered to be “the king of cacao” because it is the most ancient, it is not a hybrid and produces high quality beans of fine flavours and aromas. Criollo has the highest concentration of joy-enducing compounds (such as theobromine, serotonin, proanthocyanidin, anandamide, and many others) out of all cacao bean strains. The minimal processing by traditional means produces a cacao paste that retains the majority of these compounds and generates the most powerful heart-opening sensation out of all natural cacao-based products.
