Our classic Almond Biscotti is the original — baked by hand in our Greenport café since 1987, from the same 40-year-old family recipe we started with. Whole roasted almonds, real butter, and farm-fresh egg whites, baked fresh daily in small batches. No preservatives. No seed oils. No artificial flavors. Twice-baked the traditional Italian way, each biscotti is crisp on the outside with a nutty, buttery crumb — sturdy enough to hold its crunch through a long dunk.
