2003 Wistaria Zipin

Experience a benchmark of modern aged sheng pu-erh with a curated sample of the legendary 2003 Wistaria Zipin. Commissioned by Zhou Yu, the visionary master behind Taipei’s historic Wistaria Tea House , and pressed by the Six Famous Tea Mountains factory, this historic production is revered by collectors worldwide for its textbook Yiwu character and exceptional, clean lineage. Why It’s Legendary: Pedigree Matter: Sourced in the early 2000s from old-growth Yiwu trees (ranging from 100 to 500 years old), representing a golden era of pristine, unblended terroir. Curated Aging: This cake has spent over two decades maturing beautifully, transitioning from its vibrant, punchy youth into a deeply meditative, complex aged masterpiece. The "Wistaria Qi": Celebrated among tea connoisseurs for its powerful, grounding, and relaxing body energy ( cha qi ) that lingers long after the session ends.
